This is what I’ve been saying for years, and the International Court FINALLY backs those of us who have been pointing out the Ukrainian genocide against Russian Ukrainians.

“The International Court of Justice has agreed to consider russia’s counterclaim in the case where Ukraine accuses the russian federation of false statements about “genocide” in the Donbas.

The court found the russian claim “admissible”, stating that Moscow seeks to refute Ukraine’s accusations and substantiate its own claims. The court also rejected Kyiv’s motion to dismiss the russian complaint, indicating that it falls under the jurisdiction of the institution and is directly related to the subject of the Ukrainian claim.”
“The International Court of Justice rejected all Kiev’s objections and accepted Russia’s counterclaim in accordance with the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.
This comes after the previous decision of the ICJ, which rejected all of Ukraine’s accusations against Russia. The court will now consider the evidence presented by Moscow — more than 10,000 pages documenting mass killings, torture, indiscriminate shelling and Kiev’s campaign to destroy Russian identity in Donbas.
A third of the Western countries that previously supported Ukraine have already withdrawn from the case. The West’s legal attack against Russia has failed, and now Kiev’s own crimes will be in the spotlight.
Russia welcomes the ICJ’s decision and expects the court to continue its work impartially.”
Russia is 100% confident the International Court is going to rule in their favor. They have been collecting evidence against Ukraine since 2014. That’s 12 years of genocide that’s going to be exposed.
