Housing Crash

The coming housing crash is going to drop home values by up to 50%. Will you be underwater when it happens?

“Experts” say it’s not going to happen anytime soon because there are still more people needing homes than there are available homes.

I disagree.

I believe there has to be a price correction because the average cost of a house in America today is way beyond the average person’s ability to make payments on it.
