Did Biden make an “unannounced visit to Kiev?”

Reuters claims:

“U.S. President Joe Biden made an unannounced visit to Kiev in a show of support”

All of the Democrat controlled media even made a point of claiming air raid sirens were going off because of the threat of an attack.

Not everyone agreed:

“What a joke. This explains why no one in the entire vicinity ran for cover,” remarked Chris Menahan.

The problem with that story is, our government told Putin that Biden was going there.So it certainly wasn’t unannounced to Russia, and Putin definitely wasn’t going to launch an attack on Kiev when Biden was walking around the city.

In other words, Putin gave Biden a permission slip to go for a walk and Ukraine.
